Chicken Souvlaki with broiled Tomatoes

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2 inchchunks1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup dry white wine2 tablespoons lemon juice1 teaspoon dried oregano2 teaspoons garlic, minced, divided1 teaspoon coarse salt1/2 teaspoon black pepper, divided8 12-inch bamboo skewers, soaked1/2 English cucumber , coarsely shredded1 3/4cups Greek yogurt2 teaspoons white vinegarBroiled Tomatoes:6 Roma (or plum) tomatoescooking spraycoarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Preheat grill to medium high or preheat the broiler.
[1] Mix chicken, oil, wine, lemon juice, oregano, half the
garlic, salt, and half the pepper in a large bowl. Thread
chicken onto skewers.
[2] Grill chicken, turning occasionally, until grill marks appear
and meat is cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes.
[3] Squeeze excess liquid out of cucumber. Transfer to a
medium bowl. Add yogurt, remaining garlic, remaining
pepper, and vinegar; mix until combined. Serve with chicken
immediately.

Broiled Tomatoes:
Heat the broiler to high.
[1] Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise, and place, cut sides up,
on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle
evenly with salt and pepper, Italian seasoning and feta
cheese. Drizzle evenly with oil.
[2] Broil 3 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or just until
cheese starts to brown. Serve immediately.
