Homemade Spinach Noodles

Ingredients
3 cups fresh spinach3 cups flourdash saltthyme, rosemary or other seasoning8 egg yolks
Directions
mix spinach, flour, salt and herbs in food processor. Add whole eggs or egg yolks one at a time until pasta forms a ball. Knead, roll, and cut into desired size noodles.
