Crock Pot Orange Chicken

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs chicken cut into 2 in chunks1/2 c flourolive oil, for browning chicken1 tbs kosher salt4 oz orange juice concentrate thawed (little to no pulp)3 tbs brown sugar3 tbs ketchup2 oz soy sauce
Directions
Use 4 quart slow cooker for best results. Dredge chicken in flour and shake off excess. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and lightly brown chicken. Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine salt, Orange juice concentrate, brown sugar, ketchup, and soy salt in a bowl. Taste. Add more sugar if you want. Pour sauce over chicken and toss gingerly. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3-4. In a larger crock pot might only take 1 1/2 hrs.
