Veganized and Modified WW Chicken Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (I made a vegan version)*ryza original rice milk, 1 cup*Macaroni, cooked, unenriched, 1 cup elbow shaped *Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds, 0.5 cup *Daiya Mozzarella Style Shreds (dairy free), 0.5 cup*Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
Directions
Throw into a casserole dish for 30-45 minutes on 350. Remove lid and bake for another 15 or so minutes.
