Joyce's veg and fruit smoothie

Ingredients
1/4 c med carrots1/8 c celery1/4 c of sweet potatoes raw or cooked1/8 c of fresh beets (beets can be toxic, so use sparingly)4 or 5 oz of almond milk (I use the 40 cal unsweeten vanilla)2 tbsp of plain fat free Greek yogurt (I use Fage yogurt w/ 130 cal 0 fat,9 carbs per cup)2 cups of fresh kale and spinach together (I freeze it together)¼ of a medium pear4 stevia packets ( I use Pure Via)tsp of Flax seed oil4 ice cubesIf a little thick, add water
Directions
mix everything together in a Ninja Blender and blend for 1 minute
