Asian Inspired Noodles

Ingredients
12 oz frozen stir fry veggies4 oz (dry) Japanese Udon Noodles3 cloves garlic1 T dried ginger2T EVOO1/8 cup Sesame seeds1/4 cup rice wine vinegar1/4 cup soy sauce
Directions
Per 1/2 cup serving.

Cook noodles and veggies. Brown sesame seeds in olive oil, add garlic and dried ginger. Add soy sauce and vinegar to veggies, pour into oil. Add noodles and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
