Cheesy Garlic Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients
4 medium red potatoes, cubed w/ skingarlic powder to taste1/3 cup Weight Watchers reduced fat shredded chedder cheese1 tbsp Promise margarine1 oz skim milk (pour in a little at a time until desired consistency) salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Place potatoes in saucepan. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 20 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes and transfer back to saucepan. Smash with potato masher or fork. Add margarine, garlic powder, cheese, and skim milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
