Coconut Fig Bars DF

Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut flour or oat flour1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats1 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup date honey1 cup chopped dried figs3 Tbsp chopped pecans1 Tbsp flaxseed meal1 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl mix flour, oats, applesauce and date honey.
Stir in chopped figs, pecans flaxseed, coconut and cinnamon.
Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.
Press mixture into baking dish.
Bake 15-20 minutes or till lightly browned.
Cool 10 minutes
