Whole Wheat Flour - 3 cupsYeast - .5 ounceWarm Water - 1.5 cupsSalt - 1 tspOlive Oil - 1 tbspSpinach - cooked - 1 cupRed Bell Pepper - 1Scallions - 6Part Skimmed Mozzarella Cheese - 6 ozMushrooms - 1 cup
Mix Yeast with Water and Olive Oil. Let stand until frothy.
Mix in Flour. Kneed until dough feels elastic (5 minutes)
Let rise 45 minutes
When risen divide into 2 - roll out or use hands to make 16 inch circle of dough (the other half can be frozen)
Mix chopped veges and cheese together then spread evenly over dough.
Bake on 425 to 450 for 20 minutes
Serving Size: Makes 2 thin 16 inch pizzas
