Rockfish cakes

1 lb of rockfish ( striped bass)1 sleeve crackers1 egg1 T olive oil2 T butter
Directions
Cook fish. Mix with crushed crackers, egg, and olive oil. Form into 5 patties. Lightly brown on each side.
