2 teaspoons grated ginger root12 ounces club soda, chilled *3 drops liquid stevia, or to taste*Note: for less sodium, use plain selzer water
Grate the ginger root and pack it into a tea infuser. Put it in a tall glass and pour the club soda over it. Swish around a few times, to infuse the flavor, then leave in the glass as you add 3 drops of liquid stevia, or to taste. Drink immediately; this doesn't keep.
