Turkey & wild rice soup

Ingredients
1 cup champagne1 medium onion, chopped2 celery ribs, diced2 carrots, diced5 cups chicken broth2 cups cooked wild rice2 cups cooked turkey, diced1 teaspoon dried thyme1 teaspoon dried rosemary3 cloves garlic chopped1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
In crock pot add all ingredients, except rice.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Make rice 1 hour prior to soup being done. Add rice to soup at the end of its cooking & mix. Enjoy!!
