2 cups shredded cabbage(any combination of purple cabbage and green cabbage)Dash of salt1 1/2 c. diced, unpeeled apple1 small carrot, grated1/4 c. chopped bread and butter pickle3 Tbsp. pickle juice

Combine all ingredients. Add evaporated milk dressing.
