Ingredients
1 pkg. Spartan Bean Soup Mix with ham flavor6 cups water7 oz. (1/2 pkg) Butterball Smoked Turkey Sausage1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies1/4 cup chopped onion (more if you like)1 tsp minced garlicflavor packet
Directions
Soak beans overnight. Place drained and rinsed beans in slow cooker. Add 6 cups of water. Cook on high for 6 hours or until beans are tender,. 30 minutes before beans are finished cooking add the sausage, tomatoes, onion, garlic and contents of flavor packet.

Makes 12 1-cup servings.
