Becky's Beautiful Black Bean Burgers!

Ingredients
1 15oz black beans (rinsed drained and smashed)1 lg egg white1 tbsp salsa1 tsp cumin2 tsp chili powder2 small carrots (peeled and grated fine)1/2 cup Wheat Germ2 tbsp flax seed ground salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp coconut oil (or oil or cooking spray of your choice)
Directions
put all ingredients into a bowl except oil. mix together with your hands then form into four patties. heat skillit to medium high and add coconut oil. add the patties and cook 4 to 5 min on each side until set.
