Curried indian chicken supreme

Ingredients
1 cup of low fat plain yogourt4 tablespoon Curry powder2 tablespoon garam masala powdersalt (optional)4 chicken supreme (breasts)
Directions
Mix the yogourt, salt, curry (and garam masala if you wish) together
Let the chicken whites stay for 2 hours at least (it can be overnight).
Cook in the oven on a parchment paper untll the chicken is tender (350 degrees).
While the chichen cooks, add the remaining yogourt sauce on it.
