Ingredients
Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cupBanana, fresh, 1 medium Water, tap, 2 cupFlax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbspChia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp, 2 tbspHemp Seed Nut, 2 tbsp
Directions
Blend all ingredients, less one cup of water. let sit 5 or 10 minutes for chia to absorb water, then add second cup and blend again. Drink right away.
