Kale Smoothie With Fruit, PB & Milk

Ingredients
Kale, 1 cup, chopped Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 tbsp Apples, fresh, .5 cup, chopped Frozen Mixed Fruit, .5 servingStevia or Splenda, 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
Directions
* Wash kale and any fruits you plan on sticking in the smoothie.
* Remove tough stem from kale by either cutting it or ripping the leafy portion from the stem. (You can save the stems to add to vegetable broth.)
* Place chopped or ripped kale into blender along with milk, and blend until smooth.
* Add remaining ingredients (everything that's not in there yet) and keep blending until smooth.

    Tastes good, but comes out a brown color when I make it. So if that's something that bothers you, maybe try adding food coloring? I haven't tried that though. - 2/17/16
