Carrot Soup

Ingredients
2 cups carrots roughly chopped1 large potato chopped1 parsnip chopped1 large onion chopped1 tbs fresh gingerJerk seasoning (to taste)5 cups broth (your choice)1.5 cups milk
Directions
add all ingredients except for milk to a heavy bottom large pot. bring to a boil. reduce to simmer 15-20 minutes until all vegetables are very tender. Blend with immersion blender or in two batches in a standard blender. Return soup to pot and stir in milk. Serve over pasta.
