linguine, chicken broth, peanut butter, sriracha, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, carrots, shrimp, cilantro, peanuts, limes
Cook noodles according to package instructions.
Start shrimp sauteeing in another pan. When they start turning pink, add shredded carrots to soften.
While noodles are cooking, combine broth, peanut butter, sriracha, honey, soy sauce, ginger and garlic in a small saucepan over med-low heat. Whisk until smooth and remove from heat.
Toss cooked noodles with sauce & divide among bowls, garnish with peanuts, cilantro and limes.
