Ingredients
Deer meat (steaks or chops)Garlic powder - 1 tbsBlack pepper - 1 tbsEVOO - 1 tbsButter - 1 tbs
Directions
Rinse meat and pat dry. Season with garlic and pepper. In a preheated cast iron skillet, heat oil and butter. When rippling, add meat and cover. Cook on med to low for about 10 mins, turn and cook until your desired doneness.
