Overnight oatmeal

Ingredients
Note; I halved the original recipe and changed it up for more protein and a smaller crock pot. 1/2 cup steel cut oats1 scoop protein powder1 medium apple, chopped1 tb cinnamon1 tb brown sugar 1.5 cup water
Directions
Mix all ingredients in crockpot, cook 7-8 hours, overnight. Spray crock pot with cooking spray first, to make cleanup easier.
