Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef chuck2 large russett potatoschili powder, caldo de pollo cubes, carlic salt, crushed peppers. for taste.. you add as much as you want.cook meat. dont drain. add water and potatoes. let potatoes cook until done. place meat mix on tostada shell and top with cabbage soaked in lime juice, queso fresco and crema mexican.
