Flaxseed Tortilla Wrap

Ingredients
3 TBSP Flaxseed Meal1/4 tsp Baking Powder1 TBSP Coconut Oil - melted1 Large Egg1 TBSP Water
Directions
Mix Flax and baking powder. Add egg and liquids and mix well. Pour on to a greased microwave safe plate. Microwave for 2 - 3 minutes, until firm. Let cool for a few minutes then remove from plate gently, using a spatula. Fill and eat!
