Cashew Stir Fry

Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, choppedCauliflower, raw, 2 cup Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added), 1 cup, halves and whole Sesame Oil, 3 tbsp *Soy Sauce, 5 tbsp Garlic, 3 tsp
Directions
In a wok, place sesame oil, and garlic, heat through, add vegetables and stir until fork tender.
