Baked Salmon with Lemon

Ingredients
Atlantic Salmon, 2 6-oz filetsLemon juice, 1 tbsp Dried Basil, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp (or to taste)Pepper, black, 1 tsp Parsley, dried, 1 tsp Garlic, dried, 1/2 tspCooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a pan (I use a clear glass pie plate) lightly with cooking spray. Place (thawed) filets in pan. Sprinkle all seasonings evenly over filets. Drizzle with lemon juice. Cover and bake 30-35 minutes or until done. Fish will flake easily with a fork.
