Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
3 sweet potatoes-peeled and cut into one inch cubes2 cloves garlic, peeled1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt4 tsp sugarsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large saucepan, place cut up sweet potatoes and garlic. Fill with water enough to cover. Boil until potatoes are soft, about 8 minutes. Drain. Mash potatoes and garlic and add yogurt, sugar, salt and pepper.
