Mexican Ground Turkey Mini Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb ground lean turkey1 cup of diced onions1 cup diced red peppers 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese2 tbsp of minced garlic2 eggs1 cup of salsa2 cups of bread crumbs2 tbsp Worchester sauce2 tbsp parsley2 tbsp basil2 tbsp Montreal chicken spice2 tbsp black pepper
Directions
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Using your hands works best. Spoon into muffin tins to make handy portions. Fill level to pan. Cook at 300F for 30-35 mins.
