Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin, 12 oz Chopped*Pineapple, canned, 1 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 medium Mushrooms, fresh, 6 largeCarrots, raw, 1 large Onions, raw, .25 medium Olive Oil, 2 tbspChicken Broth, 4 fl ozGreen Onion 2Water Chestnuts canMarinade:Ginger Root, 2 tbsp minced*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp*Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 1 tbspSauce:Pineapple Juice, .5 cup*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1 tbspCorn Starch, 2 tspChili powder, .5 tsp*Ketchup, Heinz, 4 tbspBrown Sugar, 3 tbsp*Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Directions
Chop Pork and add Marinade, let sit in fridge for 2 hours
Cook Pork in oil and garlic for 3 - 4 minutes until no longer pink the set aside, wipe pan and add more oil and cook veg 3 min. Add pork back into pan add sauce, pineapple, green onion and water chestnuts.
