Crock Pot Taco Chicken

Ingredients
1 Can of Tomato with Onion and Garlic1 Can of Black Beans-Drained1 Can of Fat Free Cream of Chicken SoupFrozen Chicken Breast or Thigh-4 to 6 piecesPacket of Taco Seasoning 8 or 16 oz tub of Fat Free Sour CreamRice-if you'd like
Directions
Add drained black beans, can of seasoned tomato, can of condensed soup (no water needed), taco seasoning and the frozen chicken.

Heat on high for 6-8 hours.

Shred chicken with a fork or serve whole.
Its up to you: add a side of rice, garnish with sour cream, chop and add some avocado.
