Chopped Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped celery- 1 cup grated carrot- 1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper- 2 tbsp parsley- 1 tbsp lemon juice- 2 tbsp olive oil- 2 or 3 green onions, chopped
Directions
Place all ingredients in a serving bowl, toss to mix. Refrigerate. Makes 4 - 1 cup servings
