Peanut Chicken Pilaf

Ingredients
*Kashi 7 Grain Rice Pilaf, 1 cupPacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 2 cups*Edamame, shelled, fresh, 1 cup Broccoli, frozen, .25 package (10 oz) thawed *1 cup onion chopped, 1 serving Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
Directions
Prepare rice pilaf according to package directions replacing water with low sodium chicken broth.
Add remaining ingredients, stir occasionally until warm through.
