Sloppy Jack-Daniels or Not-My Way

1 pound lean ground beef¼ cup finely chopped onions1 yellow Master's Touch Vine Sweet Mini peppers1 red Master's Touch Vine Sweet Mini peppers1 tablespoon Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, San Marcos1 clove garlic, minced1 tablespoon honey mustard½ cup ketchup1 tablespoon YS Organic Bee Farms 100% Certified Organic Raw Honey3 tablespoons Jack Daniels or other bourbonPink Himlaylan salt to tasteFreshly ground black pepper to taste
1. In a medium skillet over medium heat brown the meat, onion and peppers; drain any liquids. Set aside.
2. In a saucepan, combine garlic, mustard, ketchup, hone and Jack Daniels; mix thoroughly then bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook on low until desire consistency, about 30 minutes.
3. Combine the meat/pepper mixture to sauce.
4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5. Serve on your favorite hamburger bun.
Serving Size: Makes 6 (1/2 cup) sloppy Jacks
