Crock Pot Lemon & Herb Chicken

Ingredients
1lb of chicken breast (no skin)3tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend1 Cup Chicken Broth or Bouillon1 Lemon
Directions
- Add 1 Cup Chicken Broth or Bouillon to the bottom of the Crock Pot.
- Place Chicken breast on Crock Pot
- Sprinkle with Seasoning
- Cut Lemon in half & squeeze juice over the chicken.
- Cut Lemon slices and put on top of chicken for the duration of the cooking.

- Serve over quinoa or pasta
