Slow Cooker Chili

Ingredients
2 medium Onions2-3 medium Green Peppers (bell peppers)2 large cans of whole stewed tomatoes1 large can of crushed/diced tomatoes (depending on the texture you want)1 head of Fresh Garlic2 lbs Ground Beef2 regular cans of Chili BeansChili PowderTabasco SauceTomatoe Juice
Directions
1. In large skillet brown hamburger.
2. While hamburger is browning, chop onions and peppers into bite size pieces.
3. Chop garlic cloves into very small pieces (do not use a garlic press, this will ruin the flavor of the garlic)
4a. If cooking on high, drain hamburger, return to skillet with peppers and onions, sauteing until veggies are tender.
5a. Transfer contents of skilled to crockpot and add remaining ingredients, season to taste, and cook on high until heated through (stiring occassionally) Approx. 90 minutes

4b. If cooking on low(all day), transfer contents of skillet to crockpot, add all remaining ingredients and simmer on low until veggies are tender. Approx. 4-6 hours. Stir occassionally, if possible.
