Ingredients
2 lbs of diced chicken breast (no skin or bone)1 10oz package of frozen brococolli2 cups of carrots (chopped)2 cups chicken broth1 cup whole milk2 cup egg noodles
Directions
cut chicken breast into 1 to 1-1/2" cubes, boil for 10 mins. in casserole dish add chicken broth, milk, brocolli, and carrots. Add chicken and egg noodles. bake for 25 mins.

    This is so good! I did cook mine on the top of the stove though. Instead of broccoli I used frozen mixed vegetable. My hubby even liked it and that has to be a great recommendation! I will cook this again. - 12/7/08

    I used mixed veggies and elbow noodles instead of the brocolli/carrots and egg noodles. Then I added a can of cream of celery soup. - 3/10/08
