Ingredients
2 eggs1 cup flour1 cup milk1 tablespoon melted butter2 teaspoons fres, snipped rosemary - (dried will do)1/2 teaspoon saltvegetable shortening for greasing popover pan
Directions
Heat oven to 450 F. Generously grease popover pan or 6 cup standard size muffin tin. In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly. Blend in remaining ingredients, just until smooth. Fill cups about half full, Bake atr 45 F for 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature 350F Bake 20 minutes longer, or until golden brown. Servbe immediately. 6 popovers
