layered strawberry cream cheese desert

Ingredients
6 pack desert shells1 8oz tub of whip cream sugar free or fat free2 pkg of 8 oz fat free cream cheese2 tbs and 1 tsp splenda1 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberrys or how many you desire
Directions
Crumble desert shells into deep 8 inch baking dish or square bowl. In a mixing bowl beat together whip cream, cream cheese, and sugar with mixer on high speed until creamy . Spoon and spread evenly over crumbled shells. Top with sliced strawberrys. Serve
makes 6 servings
note: I have also used angel food cake instead of desert shells and it makes desert taste even better but does add more calories.

    I had a ton of strawberries around so I made this recipe. It's ok, but the amount made 8 servings not 6- and no one could finish a full serving in one sitting. It was well received though. (Oh and I did use the dessert shells whole- had enough to also fill 2 dessert glasses) - 5/5/11
