Club soda biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups Bisquick1/2 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt1/2 cup club soda1Tbsp honey1/8 tsp (scant)salt1/4 cup unsalted butter.
Directions
Preheat oven at 450'. Cut yogurt into bisquick then add club soda. Sprinkle additional bisquick mix if needed to help dough come together. You could turn out onto a board, pat out(do not knead) and cut out biscuits but it's easier to make drop biscuits. Melt 1/4 cup butter in a 9x13 pan and drop biscuits into butter with cookie (small ice cream)scoop. Try not to have biscuits touch each other. Bake for approx 10-12 min or until golden brown.
