Clean, Dairy and Flour free Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
2 large eggs1 cup peanut butter (I used Teddie Super Chucky Natural, but you can try any brand and any consistency that you like)1 cup granulated sugar1 tablespoon baking powder(optional) 1 cup mix ins (chocolate chips, dried cranberries, raisins, anything you like!)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degF. Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl with a wooden spoon. Bake for 12 minutes.

They will be soft still, but take them out and let them sit for 5-10 minutes. I know it's tempting to sneak a bite, but to get a solid cookie they need to cool off! Of course, no one is stopping you from eating the warm, soft cookie ;)
