Boston Burger Chili

Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped6 Master's Touch Vine Sweet Mini peppers, sliced into circles2 pounds Boston Burger1 clove garlic, minced4 cups Sweet Kernel Corn, frozen1 (15 oz.) can Kuner’s Southwestern Ranchero Pinto Beans1 (15 oz.) can white kidney beans, drained and rinsed2 (14.5 oz.) cans Red Gold petite diced tomatoes with green chilies, hot1 (15 oz.) can Bush’s Seasoned Recipe Black Beans2-tablespoon chili powder1 tablespoons cumin powder1-cup salsa1-cup shredded cheese, optional
Directions
1. In a large pot sauté the onions and mini peppers in until limp.
2. Add the Boston burger and brown with chopped onion and mini peppers.
3. yAdd garlic, corn, beans, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, and salsa to mixture. Cook until hot.
4. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
