Egg white omelete Indian style

Ingredients

1 medium egg whole1 cup egg white (egg beaters)1/2 medium onion chopped1/2 medium tomato chopped1 small jalapeno pepper1 tbl sp cilantro choppedsalt to tasteblack pepper to taste1 tsp oilOptional- cheese on top.
Heat oil in a pan, saute onion-tomatoes-pepper with salt and black pepper. Spread it well on the pan.
In a bowl, beat the egg and egg white add salt to taste and pour in the pan over the sauted veggies. Let it cook on low flame and then turn it over add cheese (optional).
Note: you can also add bell peppers chopped, mushroomns chopped, spinach, etc.
Serving Size: 1 serving size (big meal)
