Cottage CheeseOatmealEgg WhitesBaking Powder+Vanilla, Cinnamon, Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix, or Nutmeg to taste
Directions
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Melt coconut oil on the griddle and cook like normal pancakes- 2-3 minutes on each side.
