Cauliflower Smashed "potatoes"

Ingredients
3 C. cauliflower, Roasted (2 heads, fresh)1 T Coconut Oil, melted1 T garlic powder (or less if it is too salty)1 T Salt (or less for less salty)1 T black pepper1 T Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base1/3 C Non Fat Greek Yogurt
Directions
Cut up cauliflower into florets. Toss in bowl with melted coconut oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to coat. Put on a cookie sheet and roast in 400 oven for about 30 min. When cool, puree in food processor until fairly smooth. Add greek yogurt and bouillon and blend until mashed potato consistency. Will have to reheat before eating.
