Abs Diet: Baked Mahi Mahi

2 oz Mahi Mahi fillet (fresh or thawed frozen)1 tsp olive oil1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese1/2 tsp Greek seasoning (or other seasoning of choice)pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350'.
2. Place olive oil on a piece of aluminum foil (approximately 12 inches long).
3. Place mahi mahi on foil, flipping fillets so they are covered in a thin layer of olive oil.
4. Sprinkle with Greek seasoning, or other seasoning of choice. (I don't recommend using salt.)
5. Top fish with parmesan.
4. Fold aluminum foil into a little packet and bake in oven for appoximately 10 minutes or unti fish is totally white and flakes easily.
