Ingredients
100g plain flourpinch salt1 medium egg150 ml 1 % milk150 ml watersugar 1 tsp per pancakelemon juice 1 tsp per pancake1/2 tsp olive oil per pancake for fryingmakes 8 pancakes

Mix flour and salt in bowl. Make a hollow in the centre and add the egg. Stir wit an wooden spoon and gradually add liquid until all the flour is mixed in..

Fry oil in pan and add approx 3tbsp of mixture per pancake to pan. Serve with lemon juice and sugar.
