Avocados, California (Haas), 2.5 fruit without skin and seedsCilantro, raw, 12 tbspRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)Shallots, 4 tbsp choppedJalapeno Peppers, 1 pepperLemon Juice, 1 lemon yieldsGarlic, 3 clovesSalt, 1 tsp
Directions
Chop everything, squeeze lemon over, add salt to your taste, stir and serve.
