Ingredients
1 tsp Dijon Mustard2 Slices Wheat Bread1 hard boiled egg2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup spinach1 tsp salt
Directions
Slice egg into 3 or 4 pieces. Add salt onto egg. Spread mustard onto bread slices, then layer egg, cheese, and spinach on top.
