Better for you Double Chocolate chip muffins

Ingredients
1-3/4 c old-fashioned oats3 egg whites3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa1/2 cup unsweetened organic applesauce1 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or regular plain low fat yogurt) I used 0% Fage.1/2 tsp cream of tartar (or 2 tsp. vinegar)1-1/2 tsp. baking powder1-1/2 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. salt1 cup hot water1/4 cup + 2 tbs stevia OR 3/4 cup Raw Sugar (I used Raw Sugar)1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Except for chocolate chips, blend all ingredients in a blender or food processer. Stir in chocolate chips. Makes about 20 muffins. Bake 15 minutes.
