Soy Ginger Salmon Pastina

Ingredients
6 tsp soy sauce1 tsp brown sugar, packed2 tsp ginger, fresh, grated1 lb salmon salmon (4) 4 oz filetscooking spray2 cu water1 vegetable bouillon cube1 cu portobello mushrooms, sliced1/2 cu pastina (dry)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and ginger. Arrange fish fillets in greased baking dish. Drizzle the soy sauce mixture evenly over salmon. Cover and bake for 12 minutes.

Once the salmon is in the oven, add water, bouillon and mushrooms in a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 3 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender. Stir in dry pastina and cook an additional 5 minutes.
